Υλικά για 6-8 άτομα
2 κουταλιές της σούπας ελαιόλαδο
3 κουταλιές της σούπας λευκό γλυκό κρασί
¼ κουταλιά του γλυκού μπαχάρι φρεσκοτριμμένο
¼ κουταλιά του γλυκού πιπέρι φρεσκοτριμμένο
1 ματσάκι ρόκα
12 φέτες παξιμάδια για ντάκο
250 γραμμάρια μανιτάρια
200 γραμμάρια μυζήθρα νωπή
Εκτέλεση
Βάζουμε το ελαιόλαδο, το μπαχάρι, το πιπέρι και τα μανιτάρια σ' ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι. Τα αφήνουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά για 15 λεπτά ώστε να εξατμιστούν τα περισσότερα υγρά.
Προσθέτουμε το κρασί και το αφήνουμε να βράσει για 1λεπτό και ύστερα κατεβάζουμε από την φωτιά. Βρέχουμε με λίγο νεράκι το ντάκο να μαλακώσει και αλείφουμε κάθε παξιμάδι με 1 κουταλιά της σούπας μυζήθρα.
Σκεπάζουμε με τα μανιτάρια και γαρνίρουμε με ρόκα.
